Shipping & Order Processing
Here’s everything you need to know about processing, delivery timelines, tracking, and what to do if anything goes wrong.

1) 🧾 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.
2) 🚚 Shipping Time & Methods
- Standard U.S. shipping: 7-9 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
- Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
3) 🔎 Tracking Information
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
- It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
4) 🏷️ Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to address errors entered by the customer.
- If you entered the wrong address, email us ASAP. If the order has not shipped, we can correct it.

5) 📦 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- If marked delivered but you can’t locate it, check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office first.
- Glowpybara is not responsible for packages after the carrier has confirmed delivery.
- We’ll do our best to assist, but final resolution may depend on the carrier.
6) 🛠️ Damaged in Transit
- If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- Once approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
7) 📮 Split Shipments
- In some cases, items in your order may ship separately at no extra cost so you receive them faster.
8) 🌍 International Shipping
- At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
- If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or delays due to customs inspection.
