1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 5–6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another when it has shipped.
2. Shipping Time & Methods

Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
3. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to address errors entered by the customer.

If you entered the wrong address, email us ASAP at glowpybara@gmail.com. If the order has not shipped, we can correct it.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office.

Glowpybara is not responsible for packages after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

We will do our best to assist, but final resolution may depend on the carrier.
6. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item & packaging.

Once approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
7. Split Shipments

In some cases, items in your order may ship separately at no extra cost so you receive them faster.
8. International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or delays due to customs inspection.
