    Shipping & Order Processing

    Here’s everything you need to know about processing, delivery timelines, tracking, and what to do if anything goes wrong.

    1) 🧾 Order Processing

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
    • Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
    • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.

    2) 🚚 Shipping Time & Methods

    • Standard U.S. shipping: 7-9 business days after dispatch.
    • Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
    • Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

    3) 🔎 Tracking Information

    • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
    • It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

    4) 🏷️ Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

    • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
    • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to address errors entered by the customer.
    • If you entered the wrong address, email us ASAP. If the order has not shipped, we can correct it.

    5) 📦 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

    • If marked delivered but you can’t locate it, check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office first.
    • Glowpybara is not responsible for packages after the carrier has confirmed delivery.
    • We’ll do our best to assist, but final resolution may depend on the carrier.

    6) 🛠️ Damaged in Transit

    • If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
    • Once approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

    7) 📮 Split Shipments

    • In some cases, items in your order may ship separately at no extra cost so you receive them faster.

    8) 🌍 International Shipping

    • At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
    • If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or delays due to customs inspection.
